Meeting at 6 pm on Thursdays at St. Bridget’s Villa on the lovely property of Ignatius. We will start promptly at 6:10 and the exercise will take about an hour. You don’t have to come every week. Just come when you can.
There will be some instruction given at the start of each walk. You will be encouraged to set an intention for the walk; ask a specific question; or pick a word, passage, person, or situation to reflect on. We will then walk in silence trusting that we will hear, see, or experience what we need while we walk. At the end there will be some time for debriefing and sharing.
Often people experience a more peaceful relaxed state or an ability to hear more clearly as the chattering of their mind becomes occupied with walking. (Maybe a help to those in the thinking triad of the Enneagram) Maybe you will even experience Metanoia!
If nothing else it is an opportunity to relax in nature, get some exercise and connect with friends.
