An opportunity to learn or grow knitting skills, and engage in some lively conversation.
A note from Ellen:
Knit happens is slowly getting off the ground again for the year and should be picking up good steam now as the weather gets colder. The knitting faithful have a suggestion: we’d like to provide hats, scarves and mitts for the refugee family we are coming alongside. There are two small boys and mom and dad…..if we do hat/scarf/mitts then we need 12 pieces……..So 12 knitters might be ideal? We’d need to coordinate yarn and colours and styles and such. Our next meeting is November 10, but of course you could get going sooner with the planning.
